Privacy Policy

This is a reference site. There are no accounts, no logins and no forms: there is nothing here for you to submit, and nothing of yours for the site to store.

What the site does not do

• No account, no sign-in, no password.
• No contact form, no newsletter and no comment box.
• No personal data is requested, collected or stored. The size finder and the code decoder run entirely in your browser; what you type into them is never sent anywhere.
• No advertising network, no retargeting pixel and no social media tracker is embedded in these pages.

Analytics

Two analytics tools may be used, both for the same narrow purpose: to see which pages people arrive on and whether the site is working.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 is not running on this site yet. When it is, this section will describe what it records: page views, the referring site, approximate location from the IP address, and the kind of device and browser. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses, and nothing it records identifies you by name. It is loaded only in production and never during development.

You can block it outright with any content blocker, or with the browser setting that sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Nothing on this site stops working if you do. Google's own description of how the data is used is published on their site.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

The site is served from Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare Web Analytics may be used alongside or instead of Google Analytics. It is cookie-free: it records a page view and the referring site without setting any identifier, and without building a profile across visits. Cloudflare also keeps ordinary server logs for the usual reasons: serving the pages and absorbing abuse.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free. If Google Analytics 4 is switched on later, it sets its own cookies, and this section will say so plainly. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing here to consent to beyond what is described on this page.

Affiliate links

There are no affiliate links on this site at present. If that changes, the buy boxes will carry an Amazon Associate disclosure, Amazon will set its own cookies when you follow one, and this section will describe it. Which cells are recommended is decided by the data and the swap rules, and will not change when a buy box goes live.

Advertising

There is no advertising on this site at present and no ad code is loaded. If advertising is added later, it will be through Google AdSense, Google and its partners may set cookies to serve and measure ads, and this section will be updated before any ad is served.

Children

This site is a technical reference and is not directed at children. No personal information is knowingly collected from anyone, of any age.
